Sternal wires from previous midline sternotomy. Mediastinal clips in keeping with previous CABG. The LIMA graft contains a metallic stent. Mild cardiomegaly. Unfolded aortic arch. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cluster of pleural calcifications in the left upper zone laterally (longstanding).
