Large nidus of malformed vessels with a serpiginous appearance in the left frontoparietal region.
Arterial supply is from the left anterior cerebral artery and its branches and venous drainage is likely into the cortical veins, superior sagittal sinus and left internal cerebral vein.
The left anterior cerebral artery appears prominent.
A few gliotic areas in left lentiform nucleus and thalamus with ex vacuo dilatation of frontal horn and body of the left lateral ventricle.
The surface of cerebellar folia are prominent with loss of cerebellar volume.
Note is made of few secretions in right mastoid air cells.
