Presentation

Pain in the abdomen.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Multiple calculi in the gall bladder lumen, common bile duct and biliary radicles.

Trifurcation anatomy of the biliary tree with right anterior sectoral duct, right posterior sectoral duct and left hepatic duct draining into the common bile duct.

Calculus is seen in the proximal right posterior sectoral duct.

The biliary tree is significantly dilated.

Case Discussion

Findings are consistent with cholelithiasis with choledocholithiasis and intrahepatic biliary dilatation.
