During the routine fetal echo scan at 24 weeks of gestation, jet of blood flow was seen across the tricuspid valve during ventricular systole. PSV was more than 123 cm/sec, holosystolic and extends less than 1/3rd of the distance to the opposite atrial wall. 4-chamber heart view was normal. Two echogenic foci also were seen in the left ventricle. No other cardiac or extracardiac abnormality detected.
