Right inguinal mass lesion

Large right inguinal nodal mass, pathologically proven squamous cell carcinoma.

Large omentum-containing left inguinal hernia.

Wandering spleen.

Gallstone. Left kidney upper pole cyst. Uncomplicated colonic diverticulosis.

Case Discussion

The spleen is enlarged with a malrotated axis, and lower in position consistent with uncomplicated wandering spleen.
