There is a small rounded well-defined lesion (12 mm in diameter) in the left temporal lobe. It displays a high signal on all sequences with a peripheral hypointense rim (consistent with hemosiderin deposition) well-visualized on gradient echo as well as T2WI and FLAIR. No surrounding edema or enhancement on the postcontrast sequence.
