Thymic cyst

CT shows a well-defined hypodense non-enhancing mass (HU: 24) which measures 6.9 x 6.5 x 5cm is demonstrated in the right aspect of the anterior mediastinum.
Case Discussion
Thymic cysts are a rare and benign anomaly. They are usually asymptomatic and the most common symptoms are cough, dyspnea and chest pain. They mostly occur in the anterior mediastinum.
This patient presented with mild chest pain of 1 month duration.
