The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.
Several well-defined, round masses with equal density to the fibroglandular tissue are seen in the right breast.
An intramammary lymph node is seen in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast.
Left axillary lymph nodes are noted.
