List some radiopaque foreign bodies.
Most metals are radiopaque except aluminium (the latter is sometimes radiopaque). Glass is almost always radiopaque. Plastic and wood are also radiopaque in most instances.
A well-defined, rounded radiopaque foreign body is noted in the left lower abdomen projecting over the left ala of the sacrum.
No dilatation of the proximal bowel loops or abnormal air-fluid levels to suggest any bowel obstruction.
No pneumoperitoneum.
