There is a tubular radio-dense foreign body (a whistle) in the right lower lobe bronchus.
Dilated mucous filled bronchi are seen distal to this structure in the right lower lobe.
Patchy nodular opacities with random distribution in the right middle and lower lobes.
Mild bronchietatic changes are seen in the lower and middle lobes. These features represent superimposed lung infection and bronchiectatic changes.
Left lung is grossly clear.
