Fluoroscopy - Hysterosalpingography (HSG)
Contrast fills the uterine cavity normally, with no evidence of contour abnormality, filling defect, septum, stricture, mass, or abnormal cornuate configuration.
The uterine tubes are patent with normal eventual spillage of contrast into the peritoneum seen bilaterally.
However, note is also made of intravasation of the contrast into the left side of the local uterine venous system.
