Presentation

Acute shortness of breath. Medical admissions patient.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Even allowing for projection the heart is enlarged.

Diffuse bilateral perihilar consolidation in a bat wing configuration.

Small left basal pleural effusion.
