Aicardi syndrome

The MRI sequences demonstrate multiple congenital anomalies:
- bilateral posterior ocular coloboma
- left cerebellar hypoplasia
- agenesis of the corpus callosum with small pericallosal lipoma
- asymmetry of cerebral hemispheres
- bilateral subependymal heterotopia lining the lateral ventricles
- interhemispheric arachnoid cyst
- abnormal gyration/polymicrogyria
