The MRI sequences demonstrate multiple congenital anomalies:

  • bilateral posterior ocular coloboma
  • left cerebellar hypoplasia
  • agenesis of the corpus callosum with small pericallosal lipoma
  • asymmetry of cerebral hemispheres
  • bilateral subependymal heterotopia lining the lateral ventricles
  • interhemispheric arachnoid cyst
  • abnormal gyration/polymicrogyria
