Left nasolacrimal duct dilation filled with small thin-walled homogeneous cyst without bony erosion or destruction. Surrounding fat planes are clear.

Dacryocystoceles are caused by obstruction of both the proximal and distal ends (imperforated Hasner valve) of the nasolacrimal duct.
