Multiple small aneurysms of small sized arteries in the liver, both kidneys, spleen and aneurysms of the lumbar arteries.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates characteristic pan-involvement of small sized arteries, in form of small aneurysms, in polyarteritis nodosa.
Systemic necrotizing vasculitis that causes inflammation of small and medium vessels with subsequent development of multiple aneurysms, occlusions and stenoses.
