Areas of extensive subchondral bony erosions and sclerosis involving symphysis pubis suggestive of chronic degenerative changes.
Case Discussion
Findings take at least four weeks to appear on a radiograph. Ultrasound gives a good insight in the early stage whilst MRI is ideal for early detection.
