Presentation

Increasing shortness of breath. No trauma. No prior history of respiratory disease.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Moderate sized left pneumothorax with a deep costophrenic angle. 

No mediastinal shift.

Heart size normal.  Right lung clear.
