A 46 year-old woman presented with multipleMultiple painless masses in her both breasts. She had regular menstruation. She had no nipple discharge and she hadn’t taken any oral contraceptives or other medication. The family history of breast cancer was unremarkable.
Age changed from 46 to 45 years.
Body was changed:

Fibroadenoma (FA) is the most frequently seen benign breast tumor in young women of child-bearing age. Most of them present as a single mass but can be multiple lesions in %1515-20% of patients. Multiple FA is defined as more than 3>3 fibroadenomas in one breast.

Numerous fibroadenomas and fibrocysts were existedfibrocystic change disease together in our patient and trucut biopsy showed ‘fibrocystic disease, tubular adenoma and fibroadenoma (ICD-O; 0000/0)’.
