There is a densely calcified lesion involving the right nasal cavity with an adjacent mucosal thickening. The lesion is intimately related to the right inferior nasal turbinate. The lesion measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.7 cm in its maximum dimensions.
Case Discussion
Right nasal cavity densely calcified lesion as above described consistent with a rhinolith.
