What are the possibilities on x-ray for calcaneal lesion?
Aneurysmal bone cyst, simple bone cyst, intraosseous lipoma.
Lateral radiograph of ankle shows a well defined lucent lesion with a narrow zone of transition in the calcaneum. Likely benign.
