Aneurysmal bone cyst, simple bone cyst with haemorrhage, chondromyxoid fibroma and telangiectatic osteosarcoma.
The intraosseous calcaneal lesion is sharply marginated, cystic and shows fluid-fluid levels.
Differentials in this age group include aneurysmal bone cyst or haemorrhage within a simple bone cyst.
