Case Discussion

Arrow injury in the left neck which just barely avoids a devastating vascular injury of the subclavian artery. It is challenging to confirm this without careful window/leveling that is difficult to provide with this case, but the distal flow is intact and there is no surrounding hemorrhage to suggest active bleeding.
