Given history of right upper quadrant pain

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
mri

The gall bladder shows rather diffuse circumferential mural thickening with curvilinear arranged multiple rounded mural cavities eliciting high T2 signal, most evident at fundus with intraluminal high T1 and T2 signal contents. No sizable soft tissue masses could be detected.
