Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Male

Complete agenesis of the corpus callosum with consequent wide separation of the lateral ventricles showing capacious trigones and a relatively high position of the dilated third ventricle.

Two large right parafalcine interhemispheric cysts.

Small anterior left temporal lobe arachnoid cyst with CSF signal and a relatively hypoplastic left temporal lobe.

Heterotopic grey matter at the right parietal periventricular region in relation to and extrinsically indenting the trigone of the right lateral ventricle

Left mastoiditis.

Case Discussion

Complete agenesis of the corpus callosum with two right parafalcine interhemispheric cysts as well as right parietal cortical heterotopia.
