Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with the graft intact. No evidence of arthrofibrosis. Tibial tunnel cysts extending anteriorly to the tibia. Mild marrow edema adjacent to the tibial tunnel. Mild pretibial soft tissue inflammation.
