There is evidence of false pseudojoint between the mega left transverse process of L5 vertebral body and the left side of the sacrum (Bertolotti syndrome).
No evidence of spondylolisthesis.
Case Discussion
According to Castellvi classification of lumbosacral transitional vertebrae, this case is consistent with a type IIa lumbosacral transitional vertebra.
