Presentation

Prior gynecological malignancy treated with surgery and radiotherapy.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Contrast flows rapidly into the vagina at the level of the lower rectum via a thin fistulous tract.

Hysterectomy and BSO.

Contrast instilled into the rectum via a catheter.

Large volume of contrast in the vagina with a thin fistulous tract at the level of the lower rectum.
