Case Discussion
The non-intravenous contrast CT abdomen, only confirmed peritoneal masses. Further imaging is required to characterize these lesions. Differentials include peritoneal carcinomatosis and pseudomyxoma peritonei.
In this case, the patient was confirmed as ovarian cancer with peritoneal carcinomatosis.
