Road traffic accident with pain and tenderness in forearm

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is a transverse fracture through the junction of the middle and distal third of the right radial shaft with dorsal dislocation of the distal right ulna. The radial fracture demonstrates dorsal angulation with radial shortening.
