Buckle fracture with abnormal contour of the distal radius. This buckle fracture displays mild volar (or palmar) angulation.
Case Discussion
Most distal radial fractures in children are buckle fractures of the distal radius with minor dorsal angulation. While uncommon, we do see a fair number of buckle fractures where there is volar angulation.
