Increased signal intensity and thickening of the axillary recess with fat obliteration of the rotator interval.
Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal is present along the course of the supraspinatus tendon related to tendinosis.
Subacromial - subdeltoid bursae.
Capsular hypertrophy and degenerative changes along with the AC joint.
Acromion type II also is seen.
Case Discussion
Thickening of the inferior glenohumeral ligament at the shoulder MRI beside the clinical manifestations is suggestive for adhesive capsulitis.
