Multiple enhancing intramedullary lesions throughout the spinal cord of varying size. Largest lesion located at the level of C5-C6. Associated surrounding oedema extending along the entire length of the spinal cord. Small nodules of enhancement in the cauda equina. Several intra-axial lesions of similar appearance in the partially imaged brainstem and cerebellum. Prominent degenerative disc disease at L4-L5 and L5-S1.
Conclusion: Appearance is consistent with extensive intramedullary spinal cord metastases.
