There is a large right suprarenal mass with heterogeneous echogenicity. It shows high vascularity with two heterogeneous cystic areas seen inside the lesion. The lesion is totally separated from the liver and upper pole of the right kidney.

A large right suprarenal mass lesion, separable from the liver and the upper pole of the right kidney. It is of hypodense heterogeneous texture with mild internal enhancement. It has smooth borders with no local invasion. It is displacing the related right lobe of the liver, upper pole of right kidney and the inferior vena cava.
