Thin slice axial CT images through the T12 vertebral body demonstrates a well circumscribed, 7mm lucent lesion within the left pedicle. There is a central nidus associated with this lesion with some mild surrounding sclerosis.
Case Discussion
The clinical history and appearances of the lesion favors a diagnosis of an osteoid osteoma.
