Presentation

A female presented with dyspnea and severe breathlessness. CT performs to exclude pulmonary thromboembolism.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female
ct

CT reveals severe pericardial calcifications. There are bilateral pleural effusions and bilateral lower lobe compressive atelectasis. There is also retrograde contrast flow from the right atrium to the IVC and hepatic veins.
