Enlarged persistent left sciatic artery arising from the internal iliac artery passing through the greater sciatic foramen deep to gluteus maximus and posterior to the femoral neck.
Normal appearances of the liver, spleen, adrenals, pancreas and both kidneys.
No lymphadenopathy. No ascites. No peritoneal masses.
Hysterectomy. No pelvic mass.
No destructive bony lesions demonstrated. The lung bases are unremarkable.
