Redemonstration of well-circumscribed oval-shaped, T1 spontaneously hyperintense cystic lesion within the intraventricular septum, adjacent to the foramen of Monro measuring approximately 7 mm, with no mass effect or hydrocephalus. There is no evidence of intracranial haemorrhage.
