Higher density (35-37 HU) fluid is visible around the liver, and much higher density fluid (70-80 HU) is seen in the pelvis reflecting a haemoperitoneum. In the left ovary, a high-density lesion is seen, which can cause bleeding. During the postcontrast slices, active bleeding was not found.
