Marked dilated and tortuous oesophagus. Oral contrast passes with some pooling/stasis of barium that is associated with incomplete lower oesophageal sphincter relaxation (beak-like appearance). There is a failure of coordinated oesophageal contractions - non-propulsive contractions/failure of normal peristalsis
