Diffuse cerebral oedema and effacement of the grey-white matter. Early reversal sign (density of cerebellum is greater than cerebral hemispheres) and pseudosubarachnoid haemorrhage. No intracranial haemorrhage. No cerebral herniation. No skull fractures.
