What is the adult counterpart of the navicular bone osteonecrosis?
Mueller Weiss syndrome.
There is a radiopaque foreign body seen lateral to the middle and distal phalanges of left fourth toe with no definite underlying fractures seen.
Partial fragmentation and flattening are seen involving the upper half of the left navicular bone.
