Presentation

Leg length discrepancy and groin crease asymmetry.

Patient Data

Age: 13 months
Gender: Female

Subluxation of the left hip with shallow left acetabulum and delayed ossification of the left proximal femoral epiphysis.

Normal right hip.

Case Discussion

Although often bilateral, in this case there is a striking unilateral developmental dysplasia of the left hip.
