Describe your findings
Mild insertional Achilles tendinosis involving the distal 2 cm of the tendon and a tiny, low-grade intra-substance partial tear at its calcaneal insertion. Mild retrocalcaneal bursitis and subtle soft-tissue edema in the pre-Achilles soft tissues. Prominent osseous bump along the superior aspect of the posterior calcaneus, with an associated erosion and surrounding bone marrow oedema. The overall findings are suggestive of Haglund syndrome.
