Features of volume loss in keeping with right upper lobectomy including elevation of the hilum and diaphragm. The horizontal fissure curves superiorly. Prominent left pericardial fat pad. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Cardiomediastinal contours are normal. No concerning osseous lesions or displaced fractures.
