Selected MRI images demonstrating large mixed cystic and solid partially calcified mass centered in the right lateral ventricle, contacting the septum pellucidum, and extending slightly into the left lateral ventricle. There is secondary dilatation of the ventricles, without periventricular edema, suggesting chronic hydrocephalus.
