Edema of the bone and soft tissues is seen posteriorly and medially involving the posteromedial corner of the tibial plateau and medial femoral condyle. A small fracture is present. Lateral meniscus also appears to have a complex tear. Features are consistent with a posteromedial corner injury of the knee.
