Paget disease of the distal femur, with cortical thickening and coarsening of the trabeculae.
Case Discussion
Paget disease of the distal femur characterized by cortical thickening and coarsened bony trabeculae. There is mild loss of the medial tibiofemoral compartment joint space without secondary degenerative features.
