Normal alignment and no displaced fracture.  Normal soft tissues.  

Case Discussion

Soft tissue swelling will accompany fractures therefore its presence should alert the interpreter to a more significant injury, such as a fracture Checklists can be used when preparing for exams, which will highlight more commonly shown pathologies.
