There is a well-defined, solid lesion in the region of interest; measuring about 10 X 9 X 8 mm. The lesion is located in the subcutaneous plane being separate from bone and muscle. It is about 100 mm proximal to the humerus medial epicondyle. It is hypoechoic with central cleft like echogenicity which favors a lymph node with fatty hilum. There is no necrosis/ calcification. Central hilar type vascularity is present. The perilesional fat is echogenic with mild local hypervascularity.
