Prominent scarring in the right upper lobe is noted with marked volume loss and traction bronchiectasis. Tracheomegaly is present and the esophagus is dilated with fluid and air.

Unfortunately, no further information is available for this case and as such the cause of the right upper lobe change is not known with certainty.
